A Roof Over Our Heads

This morning Nathan and I took our weekly drive by the new house.  We knew that this past week was going to include electrical and plumbing work, and Nate saw the other day that the roof had been put on as well. This coming week is the pre-drywall inspection and then our pre-drywall meeting with the builder. It was really cool to finally get to walk inside and envision how everything will look when it's finished. You can see the windows are in, as well.  Once the drywall phase of construction is complete, things are definitely going to start moving quickly. Here are some photo updates for everyone. Roof and windows installed!

Sliding doors to back patio, dining nook, and view into our future kitchen over what will soon be the bar counter top. Very open concept ;).
